15 min.- warm-up,tee,side & front toss
15 min.- live or machine swing/mechanical work
15 min.- game situational hitting (hit & run, moving runners, bunting and approach type at-bats)

HitTrax Games Format: 12 players/45 minute game 6 on 6
No instruction, receive competitive at-bats to get ready for Saturday tournaments and talk a little trash. Up to 12 players in each 45-minute game. Yes, you can register for 2 or 3 games in 1 night. It will take a credit away from each session you register for.
